Holy smokes, where did all this snow come from?! Winter is officially here, so bring layers every day and don’t show up unprepared.  As we enter week 2, there are lots of new faces joining us every day, let’s make it a team goal that we all bring a new friend to join the Track  program!

12/6 – Tues. 3:15-5:15pm

12/7 – Wed. 3:15-5:15pm

12/8 – Thurs. 3:15-5:15pm ***We are in the pool, bring a towel***

12/9 – Fri. 3:15-5:15pm

12/10 – Sat. No conditioning

12/11 – Sun. No conditioning
